Important Update Regarding Knoxville College Homecoming 2025

Dear Knoxville College Alumni, Friends, and Community,

As we prepare to honor 150 years of legacy, resilience, and excellence, we want to provide an important update regarding Knoxville College Homecoming 2025.

After thoughtful consideration, we have made the initial decision to host a virtual Homecoming experience ensuring accessibility, broad participation, and responsible cost-savings during this pivotal time in our revitalization journey. At the same time, we recognize the deep desire from our community to gather and celebrate in person, and we hear you, and we feel it too.

That’s why the leadership of Knoxville College is actively exploring the possibility of hosting a physical Homecoming celebration on campus and throughout the Knoxville area. This effort is contingent upon securing sponsorships and additional funding to help offset operational expenses. We are pursuing every opportunity to make this happen and are committed to exhausting all options before a final decision is made.

We have set a target decision date of June 2025 to allow time for meaningful planning, clear communication, and thoughtful coordination.

We remain hopeful and optimistic that our 150-year milestone will ignite new energy in our fundraising and partnership efforts, enabling us to deliver a Homecoming experience that truly reflects the pride and spirit of Knoxville College.

At this time, we kindly ask that you do not cancel any Homecoming plans or hotel reservations. We will ensure there is ample time to adjust plans once a final decision is made.

We promise to keep you updated every step of the way. Your ideas, connections, and continued support are invaluable as we work to shape a celebration worthy of this historic moment.
